
Her name is Bengisu Bayrak, she's from Turkey, and with her personalized city guide of Istanbul she won a lifetime supply of Moleskine notebooks. Bayrak is the winner of myMoleskine 2.0, a creative competition launched in Hong Kong on the theme of
life hacking, the art of finding new custumized tools and tricks to organize time and life.
Over one hundred people submitted their work from Canada, France,
Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Taiwan, Turkey, UK and USA. Forty notebooks qualified for the second round and were showcased in the
My Moleskine 2.0 Exhibition
which took place in five stores in Hong Kong, from July 15th
to 30th 2009. Visitors could vote for the most impressive idea.
The title of the winner's creative project is
"One Day in Istanbul" and it was made on a Moleskine Japanese Album. The second and third place respectively go to
"Calvino's Invisible City" by Wan-Lin Chang from Taiwan and to the
"Dinner Organiser" project by Mathilde Elu from France.
