JJ Connelly


JJ Connelly is a novelist and screenwriter from London. His London crime novel Layer Cake was the basis for the stylish and much appreciated 2004 movie Layer Cake, directed by Matthew Vaughan. The novel is about a successful cocaine dealer who has earned a respected place among England's Mafia elite and plans an early retirement from the business. JJ Connelly is currently writing screenplays for Hollywood, but he lives and works in London.
