Marianne Fountain


Marianne Fountain born in New Zealand is a photographer and sculptor living and working between Paris, Rome and London. After the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Design, Elam School of Fine Arts, NewZealand she shows at The Senate, Paris, Galerie d'Art d'Ailleurs d'Aujourd'hui, rue de Seine, Paris,- Ambassade de Nouvelle Zélande, Paris, Edmiston Duke Gallery, Auckland NZ, Judith Anderson Gallery, Hawkes Bay, NZ, Levallois-Perret, Paris, Simmons Gallery, London, Furstenberg Gallery, St-Germain des Prés, Paris, Museo Archeologico Numismatico, Milano, National Gallery of Scotland, Edinburgh, Cabinet of medals. Since 1990 she got many acquisitions from British Museum, Smithsonian Museum, Auckland Museum, York Museum, and receives Prizes from International Art Symposium, Ecole de Commerce, Paris. She is member of the Fédération Internationale de la Médaille (FIDEM) Member of the British Art Medal Society (BAMS) Former Fellow of the Society of Numismatic Artists and Designers (FSNAD) Royal Societyof British Sculptors (RBS)
