Global artist collective Urban Sketchers calls on the creative community to take ownership of their city by sketching its streets. At an all-day event in London's Covent Garden on Saturday 6th September, they'll be live-sketching the streets of this historic quarter, inviting you to join in with your pencil, brush or other drawing tool of choice.
You'll have the chance to take part in one of the 6 Learning Sessions taking place during the day both at the Moleskine Store on King Street and London Graphic Centre around the corner. Hosted by the group of amateurs, professionals, teachers and self-taught illustrators, the workshops will be a great chance to pick up tips and techniques from the Urban Sketchers themselves, whose motto "see the world one drawing at a time" will be visible not only on the pages of the Moleskine Sketch Albums handed out at the event but also online through their maps, galleries and instagram posts.
To participate in a Learning Session, registration is necessary.
To claim a free Moleskine Sketch Album, the coupon must be presented at the store on the day (only 150 per store available, only one Sketch Album per person. No entry fee required. No cash alternative to the gift).
To register for a Learning Session, download the Sketch Album coupon and find out more, visit moleskine.com/moleskinestories.
All ages and abilities welcome.
