Original silkscreen illustrations inspired by Toy Story celebrate Disney/Pixar and the history of animation design in this Limited Edition notebook collection.
A custom-made video created and shot by independent video makers Edson Oda and Ivan Bordas for the Toy Story notebook collection plays with the idea of keeping the inner child alive. While you may outgrow your toys you will never be too old to draw, color and live out your fantasies on paper.
When Toy Story premiered in 1995 it was the first feature length film to be entirely computer animated. Twenty years later digital animation has gone a long way, but the initial creative stages of the ideation and design process still happen on paper in the form of sketches, illustrations and storyboards. In fact, the word "cartoon" derives from the Italian word for heavy paper: cartone.
The fictional adventure played out by Woody and Buzz Lightyear has conquered the hearts of children and adults around the world and inspired generations of creative professionals. Continue to be inspired – to infinity and beyond – with our Toy Story Creativity Challenge.
