Adobe Creative Suite 3

Adobe Creative Suite 3
Adobe called it their biggest rollout ever: Creative Suite 3, which came out in Spring 2007, featuring thirteen products and over 80 million lines of code. Among these were Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator, the software tools that power graphic design today. However, the biggest news was that Macromedia's Flash and Fireworks would be absorbed into the Adobe stable. After all, until a year ago, these products belonged to Adobe's fiercest competitor. Creative Suite 3 is a revolutionary offering for Adobe, making Moleskine the natural partner for this digital powerhouse's event.

Technology companies come to Moleskine to help bridge the digital-analog divide, as Moleskine is able to provide beautifully designed products that enhance their ability to communicate with creative professionals. Besides, Moleskine's customized design services and its status in the world of publishing and modern design provide value as well as excellent creative tools. With Creative Suite 3, Moleskine was able to provide Adobe's customers with special gifts for artists and designers.

Adobe's customized Moleskine notebooks were given as gifts to internal staff, software development partners and a large and incredibly diverse number of clients. Adobe needed the gift to be versatile and able to satisfy divergent audiences, so it chose to customize both large ruled and large plain notebooks.

Moleskine designed three distinct notebooks, each with their own paper band, for the Creative Suite 3, Flash and Fireworks products. The former were debossed in clear foil with the striking Creative Suite 3 logo, while the paper bands integrated Adobe's standard advertising designs. The latter notebook was dry debossed with the Fireworks logo, emphasizing the importance of the new offering in the company's strategy. Adobe also ordered a small run of customized notebooks featuring a classic Moleskine paper band, which added further value to the campaign. Each notebook carried the Adobe logo foil stamped in clear foil on the back cover.
