Starting this year, the winner of the Dutch Design Awards will be decided by the public with a new specially created prize, the Public Award.
The finalists include Rogier Wieland with his video dedicated to Moleskine Extra Small Planners, a blend of stop-motion animation and manual creativity: 533 animated pages, 25 frames for 1 second of animation. The behind-the-scenes story is told in this video.

The Dutch Design Awards are presented during Design Week in Eindhoven, which is becoming widely known as the most innovative design event in the world.
