Milan bubbles with exciting design ideas, innovations, events and concepts year round but during the Design Week it positively explodes with creativity. This year we've partnered with SPAM Magazine to help you map your trail and bring you the Moleskine events in Augmented Reality.
Once you've packed your day bag, bought a metro ticket and found yourself on the map, choose your trail through the city's many studios, happenings and exhibitions. Point your phone at the map and watch it come alive on your screen. As the city's sights fly off the page and paper, pixels and pavement converge, your imagination becomes your reality.
By merging your analog and digital devices in this way you can create seamless experiences that live beyond the usual boundaries. Discover the full list of events, happenings and places supported by Moleskine during Milano Design Week 2013 below.
Follow the action or contribute your own experience on social using the hashtag #moleskinemdw.
Your chance to get up close and personal with the full collection of Moleskine objects in these dedicated stores. Browse through the notebooks, journals, bags, cases, digital accessories and limited editions and configure your creative toolkit, all in one place.

Wood, glass, stone, iron: through the technique of Frottage, rubbings are rendered in Moleskine Japanese Albums, which hang above the natural landscape below. The designer duo from Japan create an immersive experience within the Triennale which evokes the country's natural history. In an effort to bring back the ancient tradition of imitating nature in art, rather than the modern approach of contravention, nature is taken as it is, without adding or removing anything.
