My handwriting is not reflected on the Moleskine Notes app.

Check the power of the pen.
Check that the LED lamp on the pen is green.
If there are foreign substances on the glass location under the pen nib, gently remove it with a cotton swab.
For offline content, connect the pen to the app and send the pen data.
