How can I return ordered items?

Before returning any products, you must request authorization from Customer Support, selecting ‘Returns & Refunds’ as the contact reason. You will then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.
You are free to choose a shipping method to return the product(s), although we highly recommend you to choose a tracked service.
