My Moleskine Smart Pen battery doesn’t work properly. What can I do?
Make sure that your Moleskine Smart Pen firmware is updated to the latest version.
You can check your firmware version in the app by going to:
-Main Menu
-Firmware Update
-Make sure that your Moleskine Smart Pen has been charged for at least 30 minutes
-Try charging your Moleskine Smart Pen with an ordinary wall charger or laptop charger
-Try restarting your Moleskine Smart Pen by holding the power button for at least 10 seconds
