What are your return regulations?

We want you to fall in love with your order. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care within 30 days of receiving it.

After receiving a return authorization from Customer Care, we must receive your return within 30 days.
Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective. All refunds will then be processed within 30 days.

*Returns policy extension: we’re extending our returns policy for orders placed in Dec. 2025 and Jan. 2026 until 28 Feb. 2026.
