RETURN TO ASSISTANCE

When I collect my luggage, I discover that it is broken. What can I do?

It is vital that you check your luggage when it is returned by a carrier. If the damage is detected when the luggage is picked up, a claim must be made to the carrier (who is insured against damage to passengers' luggage) at the arrival destination, possibly before passing through customs. If you think that it is a manufacturing fault, you must send the article to the nearest service centre, attaching the fully completed warranty certificate together with the receipt.
