We want you to fall in love with your order. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving it.

After receiving a return authorization from Customer Care, we must receive your return within 7 days.
Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective. All refunds will then be processed within 7 days.
