What are your return regulations?

We hope you’ve already fallen in love with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we kindly ask you to contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your parcel to receive instructions and the address of our warehouse located in Italy.

Return requests from the UK may take a few additional days—please don’t worry, we simply need to prepare the documents and send them to you. Contact Customer Service to receive instructions.

You will then receive return authorization and will have a further 14 days to send the products back. Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive it.

Products must be returned intact, undamaged, and complete with the barcode and any other seals originally included. Products returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or deteriorated will not be refunded.

Please note: customized products cannot be returned unless the product itself or the customization is defective.
